Hi there, Besties! 👋

We are the NiNi jamae or called as NiNi sisters. We considered you as "Our best friends" that's why we came up with the business name "Uri Bepeu," a slang word in Korea that means BFF.

Our interest in Kpop started in 2009 when it became more popular around the world. Thanks to those who influenced my sister and other cousins. You are one of the reasons why I slipped into the Korean world. 😅 With our love of K-pop, we thought of starting a small business about it. We want to share with others the joy we feel every time we talk about South Korea. So, we thought, why don't we bring South Korea to the Philippines, especially now that we can't travel again?

Therefore, we listened to our hearts, strengthened our faiths, opened our minds to more positivity, and prepared ourselves for the possibilities. We want everyone to experience their culture through their food, bags, shoes, and more, not just their unique music and captivating movies. Hence, Uri Bepeu aims to be an affordable but legitimate online shop that can meet your needs and preferences. We want to be your bridge to the Korean World.

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please be 100% sure before filling up this form and placing your order.

2. Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders. We will charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of your item if you insist on canceling your order.

3. A down payment of 50% should be made on or before the Deadline of Payment (DOP). If you exceed the payment date, we will charge you 20 pesos per day as an overdue/ a late fine added to your total amount due.

4. Please make sure to put all your information completely and correctly in the order form. We will not be liable for any loss and failure to deliver your order due to the incomplete and incorrect information you have provided.

5. If you wish to modify your orders and information, kindly notify us Two (2) days before the Deadline of Orders (DOO).

6. No rush orders! All products are pre-ordered from South Korea unless otherwise stated. Orders' Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) usually takes 4-6 weeks before arriving in the Philippines. Then it takes another week to sanitize, sort, and pack your order before we turn it over to your chosen local courier. Thus, your deep patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

7. It is out of our responsibility for the damage, loss, delays, or delivery-related incidents beyond our control. However, we will try our best not to let this happen.

8. No return, no exchange policy on items with manufacturing damages. We will only allow it for an item that is missing or incorrectly shipped due to our negligence as long as the customer informs us immediately within 24 hours of its arrival. The customer must send us an unboxing video as proof. Moreover, the unboxing video must be taken from the top view and starts from the unopened item. An unedited and explicit video is a must.

9. Suppose you are a minor or under 18 yrs. Old, make sure to have parents or guardians' consent before ordering.

10. Once you have submitted your order form, we advise you to wait for your order confirmation. We will send it thru email within 48 hours. An order confirmation will prove that we have received your order and the product you ordered is available. It also contains payment instructions and details of your order.

11. Kindly check the status or update of your order in the master list included in the order confirmation email.

How to order?
1. Fill out the order form.
2. Kindly wait for your invoice. We will send it to you thru email within 48 hours. It includes all the payment information and things to be remembered.
3. Pay your order, then fill out the payment form. Please include your Proof of Payment (POP) in the payment form. We will send you a payment confirmation email within 24 hours.
4. Always check our social media accts., and master lists to be updated.
5. You will receive another email regarding your outstanding balance and local shipping fee once your order arrives in the PH. We will only ship orders that are fully paid.
6. Another payment confirmation will be sent to you together with your tracking number.
7. Relax and wait for your package.

Why are your products cheaper than the others?
As a K-pop fan, we want you to enjoy K-pop merchandise and Korean products at affordable or cheaper prices. We try our best to find the most trusted and legitimate Korean Suppliers that provide a reasonable price.

When will I receive my orders?
The Korean products' Normal Estimated Time of Arrival (NETA) usually takes 4-6 weeks before arriving in the Philippines. However, we aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Can I request item/s that you haven't posted?
Yes, and we called it "Pasa-Buy." Kindly send us a message of what item/s you want us to buy, and we will check if it's available and if we're able to buy it.

Please take note of the following:
• There will be a specific conversion rate for KRW and PHP.
• You need to pay the exact price of the item, the shipping fee from the Korean Store/supplier to the Korean Warehouse, International Shipping Fee (ISF), and Local Shipping Fee (LSF).
